For the second consecutive year, Compiere has been given the honor of Best of Open Source Enterprise Software by InfoWorld.

Every year, InfoWorld selects the best products that open source has to offer with its Best of Open Source Software awards (the BOSSIES). Regarding the 2009 BOSSIE selection of Compiere, InfoWorld says "Compiere delivers a good general ERP package with basic CRM functionality and easy customization without programming. Compiere's core features are also top-notch."

La Poste Selects Compiere ERP

Compiere’s largest new customer, French-based La Poste recently announced their selection of Compiere open source ERP solution. La Poste is a global postal processing organization with 45 million customers, 300,000 employees and US $27B in revenue. With the help of Compiere Gold Partner Axilom, La Poste will be deploying Compiere Professional Edition within a business-to-business division to replace existing sales, purchasing, inventory, and payment processing systems.

We are very excited about the press release issued this morning: Compiere Reports Record Revenue and Partner Growth in Q4; Signs Largest Customer. The press release highlights Compiere's continued significant revenue growth of 216%, as well as the sale of our largest customer La Poste (with Compiere Gold Partner Axilom). These are great accomplishments for Compiere, and reaffirms Compiere as the leader in commercial open source business solutions.
